GoStock Market Analyzer offers AI-powered stock analysis as a digital subscription service. As our service is delivered immediately upon payment, our refund policy reflects the nature of digital goods.

โœ… Eligible for Refund

  • Eligible Payment was charged but subscription was not activated due to a technical error on our end
  • Eligible Duplicate payment made for the same subscription period
  • Eligible Payment deducted but order was not created on our platform
  • Eligible Refund requested within 24 hours of first-time subscription purchase and no AI recommendations have been consumed

โŒ Not Eligible for Refund

  • Ineligible Refund requested after AI recommendations have been generated and consumed
  • Ineligible Dissatisfaction with AI analysis quality or stock performance outcomes
  • Ineligible Subscription renewed (auto-renewal or manual) after initial period
  • Ineligible Request made more than 7 days after payment
  • Ineligible Violation of our Terms & Conditions leading to account suspension
Important: GoStock provides market data and AI analysis for informational purposes only. We are not responsible for investment decisions or financial outcomes. Refunds are not issued based on investment performance.

  1. Email linuxunixaix1@gmail.com with subject "Refund Request โ€” [your email]"
  2. Include your registered email, payment date, Razorpay transaction ID (UTR/order ID), and reason for refund
  3. We will review and respond within 3 business days
  4. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5โ€“7 business days

๐Ÿฆ Refund Method

All refunds are credited to the original payment instrument:

  • UPI payments โ†’ refunded to the originating UPI account
  • Credit/Debit card โ†’ refunded to the same card
  • Net banking โ†’ refunded to the source bank account

GoStock does not issue cash refunds or refunds via alternative payment methods.
