GoStock provides AI-powered stock analysis, price charts, news sentiment, and market recommendations for stocks listed on NSE and BSE. The service is for informational and educational purposes only.

👤 User Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- You must provide accurate and current information during registration
- One account per person — creating multiple accounts to circumvent free limits is prohibited
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
💳 Subscriptions & Payments
- Subscriptions are billed monthly and grant access to the features listed in your chosen plan
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes
- Payments are processed securely by Razorpay
- Subscription benefits are non-transferable to other accounts
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice
🚫 Prohibited Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use our AI analysis for automated trading, bots, or algorithmic strategies without written permission
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute our analysis, data, or AI outputs commercially
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt our platform
- Share your account credentials or subscription access with others
- Use our platform for any unlawful purpose
⚠️ Limitation of Liability
GoStock Market Analyzer shall not be liable for:
- Any financial losses arising from decisions made based on our analysis
- Inaccuracies in market data sourced from third-party providers
- Service interruptions due to maintenance, network issues, or force majeure
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.
⚖️ Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India. We encourage resolution of disputes through our support channel before legal proceedings.
